Non-greasy and non-oily eye makeup remover in a gentle gel formula. Gently and effectively removes all traces of eye makeup including eyeliner, eyeshadow, mascara. Effective on waterproof and smudge-proof eye makeup. Lightly hydrates skin without leaving a greasy or oily film on the skin or eyelashes.
