Description

Silicone Quaternium-15 is a multifunctional ingredient widely used in skincare and haircare formulations. This silicon-based quaternary ammonium compound combines the properties of silicones with those of cationic surfactants, offering unique benefits to personal care products.

As a conditioning agent, Silicone Quaternium-15 imparts a smooth, silky feel to skin and hair, enhancing texture and manageability. Its cationic nature allows it to adhere effectively to negatively charged surfaces like hair and skin, providing long-lasting effects.
