Referrals must be made using your unique referral link provided by Mosaique. A successful referral is defined as a new user who (1) signs up using your link, (2) completes the skincare questionnaire, and (3) verifies their email address.

Referrals must be made before 11:59 PM PT on June 30, 2025. Each referral counts toward your milestone progress, and rewards are unlocked based on the number of successful referrals you accumulate.

Mosaique reserves the right to disqualify any participant or revoke rewards if there is any suspected or actual abuse, fraud, or manipulation of the referral program. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts, using bots or automated tools, submitting fake emails, or engaging in deceptive practices to earn rewards. Mosaique may audit referral activity at any time to ensure compliance.

The referral program is only open to residents of the following countries: USA, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and South Korea. At this time, we do not support referrals or reward fulfillment outside these locations. Any taxes or duties associated with receiving rewards through this program are the sole responsibility of the participant. Rewards may be subject to availability and may vary based on user location or time of redemption. Mosaique reserves the right to substitute rewards with items of equal or greater value in the event of limited inventory or fulfillment delays. Rewards earned through the referral program are non-returnable and may not be redeemed for cash, store credit, or other substitutions unless otherwise stated. Final rewards will be shipped within 3–5 business days following the conclusion of the program period.
