SANDALORE

Description

Sandalore is a synthetic odorant molecule that has gained significant attention in the skincare and haircare industries due to its unexpected biological effects. Initially developed as a sandalwood fragrance substitute, Sandalore has been found to interact with olfactory receptors present in human skin and hair follicles. This interaction triggers cellular responses that can benefit both skin and hair health.

In skincare, Sandalore has demonstrated the ability to promote keratinocyte proliferation and migration, potentially accelerating wound healing and skin regeneration. It also exhibits anti-inflammatory properties, which may help soothe irritated skin and reduce redness. Studies have shown that Sandalore can stimulate the production of collagen and elastin, contributing to improved skin elasticity and reduced signs of aging.

For haircare applications, Sandalore has been observed to prolong the anagen phase of the hair growth cycle, leading to increased hair growth and reduced hair fall. It may also enhance the production of IGF-1 (Insulin-like Growth Factor 1) in hair follicles, further supporting hair growth and strength.
