Common Name(s): Polyglyceryl-3 rice branate,pg-3 rice bran oil ester, rice bran fatty acid polyglyceryl-3 ester
DESCRIPTION
What It Does: Helps oil and water blend in natural formulas while conditioning skin with rice bran oil benefits.
Why It's Used: Combines the mild emulsification of pg-3 with the skin-nourishing fatty acid profile of rice bran oil, which is rich in oleic/linoleic acids and naturally contains vitamin e tocotrienols.
How It Works: Pg-3 head provides hydrophilicity; rice bran fatty acids (c18:1 oleic + c18:2 linoleic dominant) provide oil-phase affinity; natural tocotrienol/tocopherol content adds antioxidant association.
