Description

Plectranthus amboinicus leaf/stem oil is derived from the Indian borage plant, also known as Mexican mint or Cuban oregano. This aromatic plant, native to Southern and Eastern Africa, has been traditionally used in folk medicine for its therapeutic properties. The oil extracted from its leaves and stems contains a rich array of bioactive compounds, including carvacrol, thymol, and β-caryophyllene.
