PISCUM IECUR OIL
Description
Piscum Iecur Oil, also known as fish liver oil, is a nutrient-rich marine-derived ingredient prized for its exceptional skin-nourishing properties. This golden-hued oil is extracted from the livers of various fish species, most commonly cod, and contains a potent blend of bioactive compounds. The oil is particularly valued for its high concentration of omega-3 fatty acids, specifically EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), which play crucial roles in maintaining skin barrier function and reducing inflammation.
Piscum Iecur Oil is also an excellent source of fat-soluble vitamins, including vitamins A, D, and E. Vitamin A, in the form of retinol, promotes cell turnover and collagen production, while vitamin D supports skin immunity and helps regulate sebum production. The antioxidant properties of vitamin E protect the skin from oxidative stress and environmental damage. The oil's unique composition makes it particularly effective in addressing dry, compromised, or aging skin concerns. It helps improve skin elasticity, reduce the appearance of fine lines, and enhance overall skin hydration. When incorporated into skincare formulations, Piscum Iecur Oil can provide deep moisturization, promote skin healing, and contribute to a healthier, more resilient complexion.
