Description

PEG-200 Castor Oil is a versatile ingredient widely used in both skincare and haircare formulations. This modified castor oil is created through the process of ethoxylation, where ethylene oxide is added to castor oil, resulting in a water-soluble compound. The "200" in its name refers to the average number of ethylene oxide units added during the manufacturing process.

As an emollient and emulsifier, PEG-200 Castor Oil helps to blend oil and water-based ingredients, creating stable and smooth formulations.
