Description

Nonyl alcohol, also known as 1-nonanol or pelargonic alcohol, is a long-chain fatty alcohol with nine carbon atoms. This versatile compound finds application in both skincare and haircare formulations due to its multifaceted properties. In skincare, nonyl alcohol primarily functions as an emollient and emulsifier, helping to create smooth, stable formulations while imparting a silky feel to the skin.
