Mild tensides, also known as gentle surfactants, are essential components in modern skincare formulations. Unlike harsh surfactants, mild tensides have larger molecular sizes and reduced penetration into the skin's deeper layers. These ingredients typically have a pH close to that of the skin, further reducing the potential for irritation.
