Description

Magnesium stearate is a versatile compound widely used in skincare and cosmetic formulations. This white, powdery substance is a salt composed of magnesium and stearic acid, a common fatty acid found in many vegetable and animal fats. In skincare products, magnesium stearate primarily functions as an emulsifier, lubricant, and texture enhancer.

The ingredient's emulsifying properties help blend oil and water-based components, creating stable and uniform formulations.
