Jojoba Wax

Description

Jojoba wax, derived from the seeds of the Simmondsia chinensis plant, is a unique and versatile ingredient in skincare formulations. Despite its name, it is not a true wax but rather a liquid wax ester, closely resembling human sebum in composition. This similarity allows jojoba wax to be readily absorbed by the skin without leaving a greasy residue.

Rich in vitamins E and B-complex, jojoba wax offers potent antioxidant properties, helping to neutralize free radicals and protect the skin from environmental stressors. Its molecular structure makes it highly stable, resistant to oxidation, and less prone to rancidity compared to other oils, ensuring a longer shelf life for skincare products.
