Isoquercetin, also known as isoquercitrin, is a naturally occurring flavonoid glycoside derived from quercetin. This powerful antioxidant compound is found in various plants, including apples, onions, and tea leaves. In skincare formulations, isoquercetin offers enhanced bioavailability compared to its parent molecule quercetin, making it a valuable ingredient for addressing multiple skin concerns.
