Description

Inositol is a naturally occurring cyclic sugar alcohol that plays a vital role in cellular signaling and membrane function. Found in various foods and produced by the human body, it exists in nine stereoisomeric forms, with myo-inositol being the most common and biologically relevant. In skincare, inositol is valued for its moisturizing, anti-aging, and barrier-strengthening properties.
