Description

Hydrogenated Phosphatidylcholine (HPC) is a versatile phospholipid derived from natural sources such as soybean or egg yolk. This ingredient is widely used in skincare and cosmetic formulations due to its excellent emulsifying, moisturizing, and skin-barrier enhancing properties. HPC consists of a hydrophilic head and hydrophobic tails, allowing it to form stable liposomes that can effectively encapsulate and deliver active ingredients deep into the skin.

HPC closely mimics the structure of human cell membranes, which enhances its compatibility with skin and improves product absorption.
