Description

HC Blue No. 16 is a semi-permanent hair dye molecule that imparts a vibrant blue hue to hair. This synthetic colorant belongs to the family of HC (Hair Color) dyes, which are designed to penetrate the hair shaft and provide longer-lasting color compared to temporary dyes. HC Blue No. 16 is particularly effective on pre-lightened or naturally light hair, offering a range of blue tones from pastel to intense shades.
