EGG POWDER

Description

Egg powder is a versatile and nutrient-rich ingredient derived from dehydrated whole eggs. This fine, pale yellow powder retains many of the beneficial properties of fresh eggs, making it a valuable addition to both skincare and haircare formulations. Rich in proteins, particularly albumin, egg powder provides excellent moisturizing and film-forming properties, helping to improve skin elasticity and create a protective barrier on both skin and hair.

The ingredient contains essential amino acids, vitamins (including A, B complex, and E), and minerals such as zinc and selenium, which contribute to cellular repair and protection against oxidative stress. Egg powder's lecithin content aids in emulsification and can enhance the texture of skincare products. In haircare applications, it can strengthen hair strands, reduce breakage, and add shine.

Egg powder's ability to form a cohesive film makes it useful in masks and treatments designed to tighten and firm the skin. Its protein content can also help to temporarily fill fine lines, creating a smoother appearance. When used in shampoos or hair masks, egg powder can improve hair's overall health and manageability.
