DECHLORO CYCLOPROPYLMETHYLCLOPROSTENOLAMIDE is a synthetic prostaglandin analog designed for topical application in skincare and ophthalmologic formulations. This compound is structurally related to bimatoprost and latanoprost, known for their eyelash growth-promoting properties. It functions by extending the anagen (growth) phase of hair follicles, potentially stimulating lash and brow hair growth.

The molecule's cyclopropyl group enhances its stability and lipophilicity, facilitating better skin penetration compared to some other prostaglandin derivatives. Its amide form contributes to improved solubility in various cosmetic vehicles. Typical concentrations in formulations range from 0.01% to 0.03%.
