Description

Cyclohexylidenediphenylmethane, also known as Meroxyl XL, is a potent UV filter used in sunscreen formulations. This synthetic compound belongs to the class of chemical sunscreens and provides broad-spectrum protection against both UVA and UVB rays. Its molecular structure consists of a cyclohexane ring connected to two phenyl groups via a central carbon atom, allowing it to effectively absorb and dissipate harmful ultraviolet radiation.
