Description

Ceteareth-25 is a versatile emulsifying and solubilizing agent widely used in cosmetic and personal care formulations. With a Hydrophilic-Lipophilic Balance (HLB) value of approximately 16, Ceteareth-25 excels at creating stable oil-in-water emulsions and enhancing the solubility of various ingredients.
