CASSIA GUM

Description

Cassia gum is a natural polysaccharide derived from the endosperm of Cassia tora and Cassia obtusifolia seeds. This versatile ingredient has gained significant attention in skincare formulations due to its unique properties and benefits. Structurally similar to guar gum, cassia gum is composed of a linear chain of mannose units with galactose side chains, giving it excellent thickening and stabilizing capabilities.
