Description

Calcium fluoride, also known as fluorspar, is a naturally occurring mineral compound with significant applications in skincare formulations. This inorganic salt consists of calcium and fluorine atoms, forming a crystalline structure. In dermatological preparations, calcium fluoride serves multiple purposes, primarily as a gentle exfoliant and mineral supplementation agent.

The compound's fine, crystalline nature allows it to act as a mild physical exfoliant, helping to remove dead skin cells and promote cellular turnover without causing excessive irritation.
