Description

Anthemis nobilis flower/leaf/stem oil, commonly known as Roman chamomile oil, is a versatile and potent essential oil derived from the Anthemis nobilis plant. This pale blue to pale yellow liquid possesses a sweet, herbaceous aroma and is renowned for its soothing and anti-inflammatory properties. The oil is rich in esters, particularly angelates and tiglates, which contribute to its therapeutic effects.

In skincare formulations, Anthemis nobilis oil is valued for its ability to calm irritated skin, reduce redness, and alleviate symptoms associated with eczema and dermatitis. Its anti-inflammatory action helps soothe sensitive skin and may aid in reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
