Description

Diosmine is a naturally occurring flavonoid glycoside predominantly found in citrus fruits. This bioflavonoid has gained significant attention in the skincare industry due to its potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Structurally similar to hesperidin, diosmine exhibits remarkable vascular-protective and lymph-tonic effects, making it a valuable ingredient in formulations targeting circulatory issues and edema.

In skincare applications, diosmine is prized for its ability to strengthen capillaries and improve microcirculation. This action helps reduce the appearance of redness, spider veins, and dark under-eye circles. Its antioxidant capacity contributes to protecting skin cells from free radical damage, potentially slowing the visible signs of aging.
